TROUT STOCKINGS:
The Club will be purchasing trout to be stocked in local streams during the peak of season. The stockings will take place in late April / early May (3 Wednesday mornings biweekly, sequentially) and will take place during the weeks that the State stockings will KOT be taking place. Two stockings will take place in Laurel I fill Creek and one will take placein both Fall Run and Blue Hole Run.
RINGNECK STOCKINGS
The Club will be purchasing ring-necked pheasants to be stocked on local land during early season.
The stockings will take place on November 1st, 8th and 15th.
YOUTH FIELD DAY
We are planning to hold another youth field day for kids ages 7 to 15 on the club ·s grounds this summer. This will include archery, shotgun, flintlock and .22 shooting as well as other outdoor related stations and events. Thefield day is scheduled for August 2, 2025. Start time and other information are yet to be determined. Please watch our website for details as they become available.

(1 mile south of Sipesville on Schoolhouse Road)
Format

$60 per Shooter

Shooters will be organized in groups of 4

Individuals will be allocated into teams with available slots

Every participant shoots at 15 to 18 stations for a total of 100 birds
Safety Guidelines
Shooters are permitted to use trap loads only (nothing greater than 7 ½ shot)
Bring your own ammunition (100 rounds for shootout); limited availability at Buffer Creek
Eye and Ear protection required!
In addition…
Lunch and Soft Drinks will be provided!!!
Prizes will be awarded to the top shooters in Men’s, Ladies and Youth (ages 14 and younger) groups
Door prizes, a 50/50 raffle, and a gun raffle
THOSE WHO DO NOT SEND IN THEIR REGISTRATION BY JUNE 15TH WILL
NOT BE GUARANTEED A MORNING SESSION, THIS WILL BE ON A FIRSTCOME-

SOMERSET COUNTY SPORTSMEN'S LEAGUE:
The Somerset County Sportsmen's League Meetings will take place on the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00pm. All are welcome to attend the meetings. The hosting clubs are as follow:

13 youth participated and passed the course.
